Paul Ganther became the Pastor of First Christian Church in January, 1996 after a fruitful 7 1/2 year ministry in Central Kentucky. He and his wife, Rachel are the parents of a son, Hayden and a daughter, Corinne. Paul is a native of Illinois and Rachel is a native Texan. Paul's strengths include good preaching skills, a strong singing voice and a caring heart. First Christian Church has grown in numbers and depth of spirit during Pastor Paul's ministry these past 6 years. In trusting God, we continue to believe that God's best days are ahead for this church and for you, too. |

Leslie Miller has been providing excellent child care for First Christian Church for over 30 years. She moved to Stephenville as a teenager and graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Speech and Drama. Her father was in the military and she has lived in Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Colorado and Texas in the USA and has also lived in Italy, Switzerland and Austria. Her other jobs include teaching adults and children art in oils, watercolors, drawing and porcelain and is a member of the Central Texas Art Association and the Tri County Porcelain Art Club. Her hobbies are gardening and playing the bass guitar and flute. |
