Configuring Internet Options

1. Click on: Start.
Settings. Control Panel. Internet Options.
|
|
|
|
2. General tab: Home
page is
http://www.our-town.com.
|
|
|
|
3. History Files.
Set for 5 days. Click Apply.
|
|
|
|
4. Click on the Security Tab.
Set to Medium Low. Click Apply.
|
|
|
|
5. Click on the
Connection Tab. Select:
Always dial my default
connection. Highlight
Our Town (in the large box)
and click the Settings button.

|
|
6. Under Dial
up settings: Enter username
and password in lowercase letters.
|
|
|
|
7. Click the Advanced button.
|
|
|
|
8. Uncheck Disconnect
if idle for 20 minutes.
|
|
|
|
9 Check Disconnect
when connection may no longer
be needed. Click OK twice and
click Apply.
