At Our-Town Internet Service we strive to balance users freedom on the internet and our responsibility as system administrators. | 1. |
Your Our-Town Internet Service Account |
| |
Your new account allows access to Internet and World Wide Web Services. This includes: Email, WWW browsing, non-commercial website hosting, FTP and Telnet functions. We also provide a host of other services such as commercial web hosting, script hosting, email aliasing, virtual domain hosting at additional fees. |

| 2. |
Local/Long Distance Phone Service Charges |
| |
You are solely responsible for any long distance or other charges that might occur upon dialing into Our-Town Internet Service for internet access. |

| 3. |
Age Restrictions |
| |
You must be 18 years of age to open an account with Our-Town Internet Service. If you are under 18 years of age a parent or legal guardian must sign an agreement stating that they accept full responsibility for payment and accept full responsibility in determining what is appropriate or inappropriate content on the internet. |

| 4. |
Fair Usage |
| |
The Internet is a powerful resource that must be used responsibly for legal activities only. Our-Town Internet Service reserves the right to terminate any user account at any time without refund or notice as a result of any of, but not limited to, the following activities:
°Hacking: Defined as keeping "hacking tools" or attempting or threatening the security of any system or resource. Suspected hackers will be turned over to proper legal authorities. °Non-payment for services. °Mail Bombing, Spamming (repeated postings), harassing email or any activity that shows malicious action towards another Internet or network system user. °Any possession of pirated software or illegal materials will result in immediate revocation of account and information turned over to proper legal authorities. °Running BOTS (Lice, Eggdrop, etc.) via an Our-Town Internet Service connection or storing such programs on Our-Town Internet Service servers will result in immediate revocation of account. °Forging header information or user identification information. °Allowing others outside of immediate household to access your account. °Any activity that hinders the technical or business operations of Our-Town Internet Service or any other Internet or network provider. °Using automated software to maintain a connection for excessive periods with the intent of keeping a "dedicated" line open for your convenience.
Our-Town Internet Service reserves the right to charge $50.00/hr for resolving damages to our system which is determined to be caused by abusive users.
Users guilty of accidental actions will not be automatically excused from account termination or liability for damages to the system. Should you have any question concerning the proper use of any service function, please contact us. |

| 5. |
Reselling |
| |
Our-Town Internet Services, including, but not limited to, dial-up accounts, telnet accounts, web hosting and web design cannot be resold without permission from and agreement with Our-Town Internet Service. Any customer found using Our-Town Internet Service for the purpose of reselling without written permission from Our-Town Internet Service will have their account immediately terminated. |

| 6. |
Payments |
| |
Payments to Our-Town Internet Service for Internet Access must be paid in a timely manner. Payments more than 15 days late may be assessed a 10% late payment fee. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to an additional charge of $25. |

| 7. |
Cancellation of Service |
| |
Customers will be responsible for all charges incurred, including the costs of collections or legal action, if necessary. |

| 8. |
Customer Support |

Our-Town Internet Service maintains two types of Customer Support.
°Online Support: Email support questions can be sent to support@our-town.com or visit our online Technical Support Center
°Voice Support: Our-Town Internet Service's voice line is (254) 965.4323. Official voice support hours are 8am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. |

Warranties and Guarantees |

Our-Town Internet Service makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or fitness of this service for a particular purpose. Our-Town Internet Service takes no responsibility for any damages suffered by a customer including, but not limited to, loss of data, non-delivery and mis-delivery of information or service interruptions of any type. |

Nude images on web pages are not allowed. Please place warnings and disclaimers on all other Adult Related Material. |
