Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council's mission, accomplished through creative partnerships with art and non art constituent groups, is to increase, promote, present and support opportunities in the arts which inspire, educate, entertain and are accessible to all citizens in Stephenville and the Cross Timbers Basin Region.
