Message Board User Conduct

You agree to not send any material that is unlawful, illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, sexually harassing, fraudulent, libelous, racially or ethnically offensive, infringes on copyright or violates any local, state, national or international law. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity including any representative of Our Town. You are solely responsible for any content you transmit to Our Town and any consequences thereof. You will not hold Our Town or our representatives liable for any actions against you facilitated from any submission you make to this site. We reserve the right to, at any time, remove or edit any content that we deem inappropriate for any reason.

User's Grant of License

You grant Our Town free license on any content submitted by you to this site, be it via email, message board or other form of submission, to use, publish, copy, edit, perform, reproduce, modify and distribute as they see fit.
